Who We Are
We Are Divine As Fuck offers empowerment retreats, workshops, and online programs designed for women ready to reclaim their power, connect to their truth, and rise in full divine expression. Our sacred offerings are intended to support your transformation, awakening, and personal sovereignty.

Eligibility
Participation in our services is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By using our website or enrolling in any of our offerings, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

International Sales
We honor and welcome our global sisterhood. However, it is your responsibility to ensure that the laws in your country allow for participation in spiritual and personal development services such as ours.

No Returns or Refunds
Because of the intimate and transformational nature of our work, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or accept returns. (Except of special occasions). We trust that you will feel into your “yes” before making a purchase, and that any investment in our offerings is made with full intention, personal responsibility, and alignment with your soul’s journey.

Payment Terms
All payments are due in full at the time of purchase unless a payment plan is offered and selected. Prices are listed in [EUR], and payments are processed securely through our trusted third-party payment provider. Failure to complete payment plans as agreed may result in removal from current offerings or cancellation of future access, with no refund provided.

For 1:1 empowering sessions, if you are unable to attend, you must notify us at least 72 hours in advance. Sessions canceled or missed without 72 hours’ notice will still be considered used and must be paid in full. This policy honors the energy, time, and intention we hold for your personal space and growth.

Retreat Policies
Each retreat experience includes its own unique terms relating to travel, lodging, meals, and participation. You are encouraged to read all related information carefully before booking. We are not responsible for travel issues, delays, or cancellations that are outside of our control.

You are fully responsible for your physical, emotional, mental, energetic, and spiritual well-being throughout your journey with us. All participants are required to have their own travel, health, and personal insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances. We do not provide insurance or assume liability for any injury, loss, damage, emotional distress, illness, accidents, force majeure events, or delays incurred during or as a result of your participation in our services.

By joining any retreat or event, you agree to take full responsibility for your experience and to not hold the Company or any of its facilitators, hosts, assistants, or affiliates liable for any outcome, whether positive or negative.

Risk Acknowledgment
You acknowledge that participation in our retreats, programs, or sessions may involve physical activity, emotional processing, and deep inner work. You understand these experiences may trigger intense emotional releases or personal breakthroughs, and you voluntarily assume full responsibility for your participation. You release us from all claims or liabilities arising out of or connected to your participation, including those based on negligence.

If you have any existing medical or mental health conditions, it is your responsibility to consult with a licensed professional if needed. We do not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical conditions.

If you are under psychiatric care or taking medications for mental health, we may ask for written approval from your licensed medical provider before participation. Our work is not a replacement for professional therapy or medical treatment.

Intellectual Property
All content shared through our website, programs, retreats, or events—including videos, meditations, written guides, and other materials—is the intellectual property of We Are Divine As Fuck. These materials are for your personal use only and may not be copied, shared, distributed, or reproduced in any form without our written consent.
